We have been going to Dr. Johnson for our boys for seven years now and have received nothing but the best treatment care and concern for our boys. Thank you so much for all you do Dr. Johnson!
This review is not a reflection of the doctors, who are all wonderful, caring, and professional or the front desk ladies. My concern is strictly with office management. At 8:19 AM, I received a call from a nurse offering a last-minute opening at 8:30 AM for my child. I explained that I live about 15 minutes away and would arrive late, and I was assured that this would be fine. My son has been a patient of Dr. Johnson for a few years we followed her to Prosper! She has been wonderful with the care of my son.
This office is a mandatory vaccine for all children, they do not respect the right of the parent to decide what is best for their child. I'm not even agaisnt all vaccines, but the principle that they feel they are in the position to take such a stance tells you alot about the mindset. I'll never even consider Cook's anything as a result of this experience.
