Dr. Richardson is very sweet and caring lady .her mind might be doing a million things at once but she listens to everything you say, you never feel rushed and she spends about 30-45 mins with you. At times you’ll have to wait good while to see her. When that happens she still gives you, your allotted time. Best time to see her if your in a rush want in amd out when she’s opening 8am and right after lunch 12noon -1pm A great person doctor!! Absolute worst customer service and Drs ever!! Dont waste your time . Never coming here again this place is dirty and poorly ran.
Dr Richardson is just a general practitioner. I got the feeling she really doesn’t seem to generally care. I’ve been there numerous times always waiting for long periods of time just to be moved into another room only to wait another 25 30 minutes. The doctors should realize time is money for us as well. I don’t feel the need to spend all my time waiting especially when you get only 5 minutes of the doctors time, just enough time for her to write a prescription.
