Dr Audrey was lovely it’s a shame that her so called Office Manager John was so rude, hostile and unprofessional. I wasted my time he would not have forms filled out correctly so I could Get my money out of my Super under compassionate grounds to pay for the surgery which they contradicted themselves saying that my condition would deteriorate quite quickly and I could not wait 12 to 18 months to go under the Medicare system go figure. Always made to feel relaxed and comfortable during procedure. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
Dr Audrey accepted to treat my condition when it wasn't her speciality of field to do so, also she couldn't see the big lump on my eye lid when it is very visible. I wasted my time and money and John the general manager was rude over the phone to refund any money or refer me to see Dr Edwin for free. Very unprofessional Not the correct testament Rude Wasted about $350
