I have been taking my boys for 4 years to Dr Chong Gayle, I have no complaints, with or with out an appointment, or just to fill out documents is no waiting period. She doesn't waist my time or hers.
Awful experience wight Dr. Chong and her staff from the beginning to end. The treatment of patients and disrespect we felt at her office was unprecedented. The last appointment was so bad (the nurse made a mistake in weighing the baby, half of the vaccine was steaming down the baby's leg, the doctor was late because of a personal family problem, no apology, no explanation, just us waiting with a 4 month old crying in her office!) that we moved to another pediatrician right away. Horrible!
