Dr. Kapadia is an exceptional doctor. I am a recovering alcoholic and he was the reason I quit drinking 9 years ago. He ultimately saved my life. I had to stop seeing him though because he didn’t take my insurance, and I HAD to go to UVA in order to get on the transplant list. The office won’t take me back as a patient because they said I just disappeared on them as a patient. Dr. Kapadia is very intelligent and knowledgeable. The staff is nice and very competent. I like it. Dr. Kapadia is going to be my primary Doctor from now on. Thank you for your excellent service and help.
The office has gone "Woke". Very elderly patient denied appointment for treatment because they were "running a fever". Well .. the patient had been running a fever for nearly a month, lost over ten pounds and experiencing moderately severe mental confusion as a result of a systemic infection. Do not take your eldery here. This is the most unsensitive Dr. I have ever met. He actually told my family member (and i quote) " well, what do expect at 95 years old, your gonna die anyhow." Really Dr. KAPADIA, THAT WAS RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I am currently looking for a new Doctor.
