I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Jain at the Carlsbad location. He is knowledgeable compassionate and complete in his exam. He takes the time to explain and answer questions in regards to my concerns. I have never felt like I was rushed through my exam. The staff is friendly and efficient. Wait time is moderate due to dilation of the pupils. It is easy to schedule an appointment. The office seems well run and coordinated. Parking is available but can be crowded at times. i have been a patient of dr. jain for 7 years. he is the best dr for my problem(macular degeneration he explains things very clesrly and alwsys t6r4esats me with respect and a carung attitude, i re commend him highly for any visual service that night be required
