Dr. Stoy saved my husband.
I went to see Dr Stoy because of recurring chest pains. He completly blew me off and never even bothered to scedual the stress test he told me about. It sure wasnt worth $300 for 5 minutes of his time. Maybe he sure read his own "Patient's bill of rights", especially the one about being taken seriously.
