Awful! Do not recommend. Nurse said sending prescription in. 4 hours later pharmacy doesn't have it. Nurse said stop taking pain meds. No one said prescription wouldn't be called in until end of day! Office customer service skills are terrible!
Dr. Israel was so nice and personable. He listened to everything I had to say and came up with a great game plan for the future. It's refreshing to find a Dr that genuinely cares and isn't just out there to push pills.
I would say it’s a waste of time at best, definitely skip out on going. They don’t offer any explanation or help whatsoever. It felt more like an interrogation rather consultation to determine the cause of pain. Unless you are attempting to get pills out of it. I would not go. The nurse was extremely rude. The appointment ran late by 45 minutes.
