Lacked empathy, rushed me in and out, referred me to a clinic that wasn't operating and refused to provide a new referral, then blamed me for a scheduling error on his clinic's end and tried to force me to pay for it, and when I pushed back, he cancelled me as a patient - I was a patient of his for a few years, and he was/remains the only physician I have ever had consistently very poor experiences with.
He is extremely warm and caring. I feel very fortunate to have him as my family doctor.
