Excellent doctor, listen and explains well
Dr Batool and this practice are one of the worst in responding to patient needs. My daughter was going through uncontrollable daily diarrhea and we had to call multiple times asking to be seen or at least be given something to help. Dr. Batool passed her off to multiple residents. We still have to beg and ask several times for prescription refills. Almost impossible to schedule even a regular follow up visit. Go someplace else.
I found myself under the care of Dr. Batool due to an emergent condition. After meeting with me, discussing my symptoms and reviewing my records, she recommended a endoscopy. We met again before and after the procedure (which was a success) and would highly recommend her for any GI related care.
Was referred to Dr Batool by primary care. She asked more questions regarding my health and issues than any other Dr I have seen. She explained what options there are in laymen terms. She is very pleasant and is not rushed.
