Waste of time and money.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. After advocating for myself with another doctor, I feel like I have experienced medical neglect. Has no empathy for anyone, and is way too quick to hand out heavy duty medications without listening and investigating.
I would not recommend Dr Asokan. She rediagnosed me and suggested I cease medication after 2 sessions. I had been medically/mentally stable for almost 25 years prior to this - my normal psychiatrist had retired. Dr Asokans suggestions lead to a massive mental breakdown and numerous hospital admissions, the breakdown of my marriage and my inability to care for my child. She essentially destroyed the life I had and I am only just rebuilding it 2 years after seeing her. I wish I’d never seen her at all.
1 off diagnosis and subsequent medication changed my life. Highly recommend.
