I've been going to Dr. Asia Lo, MD now for a few years and she is great my Dr. GP had recommend her! She moved to a real nice office building some months ago near her old office location. I saw her recently for my right foot ankle cut to heal and she got me cured now aok! I highly recommend her and if you need any surgery or special procedures their Surgical Center is very close by! I went there too and their staff is very nice and good! :-)
Dr. Lo is nice and friendly.But I waited too long before I decided to go to the doctor (to be fair to her) so not much she can do to help my foot condition. Mostly just to give it time to heal. The worst part is their billing department. I paid out of pocket when I visited and the doctor gave me braces and medicine (pricey!! and didn't help much). I got the bill later, not everything is included in the bill and sure enough the balance was not correct (more for them). I called the billing department, got a new bill which is s... read more
Do NOT recommend! Just go ahead and find yourself a different Dr. and office. Don’t waste your time. First, they never notified me that they moved offices. On the day of the appointment, I was the one trying to figure out where they moved to. I should have just given up then and gone home. Then, I witnessed them humiliate and disrespect an older lady. I was shocked and disgusted. There are way too many good drs to waste your time here. Keep on looking! Do not recommend!
My visit to this clinic was… an experience. The doctor basically told me to “just live with” my nails, as if they were some unwanted roommate I can’t evict. No treatment, no options — just pure aesthetic suffering and vibes. Then came the Oncloud moment. She confidently recommended I buy Oncloud shoes… not realizing I was literally wearing the newest model. Meanwhile, she had on the older version. I wish there was a way to give this Dr. and her front desk workers a zero. I’m not sure where the good reviews are coming from (seems like from years ago). Only 1 other recent one and now mine. First, they never communicated that they moved offices and had to spend time trying to figure it out on the day of my appointment. Second, I’ve never been so embarrassed and disrespected in my life.
