RUNNNNNN AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN GET AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!! Hear me out the providers are GREAT the whole back office needs FIRED!!!!!!!!!!! They are LAZY the front office LADIES Tina the scheduler is PHENOMENAL and the rest are PERFECT. It’s hard to get anyone to answer or call you back in that back office.
Zero stars if I could. Absolute worst doctor I've been treated by. She cares more about satisfying insurance companies than she does with your health! Staff at this office is horrendous. Do yourself a favor and run from the Heritage Valley organization!
My parents were both patients of Dr Gandhe, too many issues…appointments rescheduled without notice only told the day of when they were there for the appointment. Often the solution for a health issue or concern raised “you want a pill for that?” My parents were very unhappy with the level of care they are elderly and the stress experienced under her care was terrible. They have since found another doctor, thank goodness!!!
