Dr. Arora misdiagnosed my son with asthma and talked down to us. He also fraudulently coded our last visit so insurance was charged twice. Extremely disappointed in his medical care.
Dr.Arora is the epitome of a good pediatrician. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, caring, empathetic. He played a huge role in my child’s diagnosis and caught things on time. I’ve been taking my kids to see De. Arora since my first child was a newborn in 2006. Now I just had my third child. Dr. Arora is always professional, prompt, thorough, intuitive and test us like family. He is very trustworthy and always right. My second child had a collapsed lung and Dr. Arora saved his life! I can't say anything but positive comments about Dr Arora and his staff. I appreciate his time, honesty, patience as he is always very thorough. I always feel welcome and my kids love their Dr.
Dr. Arora is amazing. He treats your children like his own. We having been bringing both our kids to him since our daughter was born in 2010 and just love him. He still remembers treatments he gave her 7 years ago. I love the bedside manner and over all quality of care he provides. Even after a recent trip to the PICU at Comer's Childrens Hospital my mind wasn't fully at ease until we met with Dr. Arora to explain everything that happened in terms we all understood. I highly recommend Dr. Arora.
Dr. always takes time to listen to concerns and answer questions. He has a good bedside manner and I always appreciate how he interacts with my kids. My son was hospitalized, he was aware of what his symptoms indicated and sent us for immediate care at the best facility. He was extremely helpful in this case. I always recommend Dr. Arora for his knowledge, way with kids and focus on health promotion. He does a thorough exam for regular physicals and any problem visit we have been accurately diagnosed and treated. He knows which immunizations are due just by reviewing the record. He is great with kids, putting them at ease, engaging them and getting excited when they reach milestones early. He focuses on prevention, informing you of what needs to/can be done to promote health. I highly recommend him
I appreciate Dr. Arora's thoroughness when seeing my children. I trust his expertise and I have no plans on changing pediatricians for my 9 and 1 year old. His staff is always wonderful to work with and always so accommodating. You can't put a value on peace of mind; The whole team always goes above and beyond.
