Would give zero stars. Dr Youssef performed a mass removal and trigger finger release on my right hand in October of 2024. 1 week after surgery I ended up in the hospital with mrsa infection. Had to have another surgery at the hospital to clean out the infection and was kept for 3 days. I was released with little information or any paperwork that showed what the infection was. The doctor st the hospital told me it was mrsa. Had to have a picc line with intravenous antibiotics and visits with an infectious disease doctor for ... read more
Dr Youssef has a great chairside manner and is very knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier with my experience with HMG.
The 1 star is for the Doctor and his surgical abilities. The 4 empty stars is for the shady business practice, incompetence, compassion, and Extortion. If you like a good Doctor that’s good in the O.R, but has a shady office practice and office staff this is for you. First issue, charged me $25 for paperwork, then took 9 days to get paperwork filled out and faxed in to the company. This caused me to miss 2 pay cycles by taking so long. Dr. Youssef did a closed reduction under anesthesia of my 5 year old son’s arm. The entire staff at the surgery center was wonderful. But, Dr. Youssef was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help ensure my son wouldn’t be scared. He explained what he was going to do for my son’s arm in detail, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns.
