My wife and I have been looking for a good dermatologist in the Clermont area. Our neighbor recommended Dr. Ashraf Hassanein. We were thrilled with him and his staff. Absolutely excellent! Very attentive. Explained things as we went in terms that were understandable. Gave us clear post-procedure care instructions. Each step of the procedures were done as gently as possible with regular checks on how we were doing. We just could not ask for better care. Dr. Hassanein was simply amazing and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and took me in and my friend on short notice
This was the state of the room when I walked in, absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe they had not cleaned the room before having a new patient be seen here. The doctor did not look well put together, his white coat was dirty and he was speaking very awkwardly to the nurses in the room. I felt very uncomfortable being there and I will not be coming back.
