Unreliable and careless practice. Calls and texts go unanswered, and the front desk even hung up on me mid-conversation. Very rude and unprofessional. For a doctor earning so much, it’s shocking there’s no investment in hiring or training competent staff. Truly unacceptable. DISGUSTING.
He is very good doctor
Dr ashraf is a legend in his field. I have been a patient under his care for almost 7years. He is good at listening diagnosing and finding the right medication for you and also help you manage those medications. Actually, I don't know if I don't have Dr ashraf alot crazy stuff would have killed me. I Higly recommend Dr ashraf my psychiatrist
Dr.Ashraf G. Elshafei has been truly unbelievable!! He understood patient feelings better than anyone. Very thoughtful and in depth . Take time to listen every detail & really understand what’s going on with the patient.Very humble & generous . He’s a fantastic doctor. Office immaculate ,staff super friendly & helpful. Its enjoyable to see him every time .Highly recommend
