Very unhappy with services and when I complained they let me know they didn’t care.
Had the absolute worst experience ever at this office. The only reason they even get a single star is the receptionist who was very pleasant. The office manager Kaylee was incredibly rude and disrespectful. There was an issue with insurance and rather than calmly trying to work it out she was rude and argumentative. If I’m going to pay cash anyway, I’ll go somewhere where the staff is pleasant and helpful. They only want the cash patients, not insured ones.
