Kind, warm, and just plain friendly. She took her time with my daughter and came to a conclusion very quickly. Loved her!!
I loved Dr. Payne. I was referred to her due to high blood sugar during conception of my baby. She listened to me excitedly and explained things in a simple way that was not condescending at all. You can tell she loves what she does due to the passion and excitement she exhibits while explaining things to you about your child.
This review is only for the office management, and not the doctors. We had an appointment this afternoon. I made the appointment a month ago, and could have sworn I made it for the Plano location. However, both phone calls I got (one from a live human and one automated), and all FIVE text message appointment reminders said the appointment was at the Walnut Hill location.
