Been a patient since 1978, when I was 3. They always do everything they can to help! People have to understand you can’t always be seen on your time there is other patients and only two doctors but they do their best. You can’t expect Them to drop everything and see you. I’ve personally had nothing but good experiences here!
I have been a patient of Grimaldi dentistry for over 30 years. I highly recommend. Not only are Dr Rick and Dr Ashliegh fantastic, their staff is friendly and supportive.
I have been going to Grimaldi Dental for 25 years now and would reccomend them to anyone. They are more low tech than some newer places but they make up for it with knowledge and passion for what they do and a caring team by their side!
Dr. Ashleigh Grimaldi is wonderful. Very gentle and talks you through everything. I am terrified of visiting the dentist and Dr. Grimaldi has proved that going to the dentist isn’t that bad!
If I could leave a negative star rating I would, I have had problems scheduling appointments in the past. Last time I tried calling 3 times, never got a cal back. So because of that my dead tooth broke and now I am in such intense pain. Called to make an appt and they said they would call back. I had to call them back, they said they could not get me in today and would not give me anything to manage the pain. That is inhumane and cruel.
Despite being a fairly hardy fellow, I've always had some apprehension when it comes to seeing a Dentist. After my diagnosis from some untreated cavities, Dr. Ashleigh came up with a solid course of action. I was in moderate pain every time I ate. Besides having a little tooth sensitivity now, I am able to enjoy eating without pain. She is better than the Dentists I've seen in the past who are much older. Her staff is also very professional and thorough. Thank you Dr Ash.
