BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR OR CLINIC!!!! If I could give a ZERO, I would!!! You will go out of pocket for 100’s of $’s. My husband and I called the clinic in advance on TWO separate occasions. We were told our insurance would cover the costs. Even the DAY of the appointment, they told us the same thing! Two weeks later we got bills for almost $900!!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes.
