Dr. Downs is actually amazing. However, her staff is soooooooooooo unprofessional and super rude!!!! They are the gatekeepers, and getting through them is such torture! I wish there was another way to see Asha without having to go through them. I see that others are experiencing this same issue currently. I actually tried being her patient back in 2018, and gave up because of her staff. It's super sad to see that nothing has changed in 7 years.
Dr. Asha Downs is amazing. She's very knowledgeable, straight-forward and attentive. I've received nothing but great results. If you're looking for a new ENT doctor, I would highly recommend her and her wonderful staff for service.
