I am very disappointed! I called to schedule an exam. I was told I had to pay out of pocket because I was now considered a new patient no insurance would be accepted. I have been told I have the best insurance. This very disappointing to me, I really liked Ms. Warren. I know things are changing with insurances but the receptionist had no compassion. I've had the same insurance for 20 years. I do not know why I have at all if I am now required to pay out of pocket. Sed

I'm almost 40 years old and have had some weird what I thought were menopause symptoms. Not sure still what's going on but, I had super high hopes after my first appointment with Dr. Warren because I felt like she really listened to me. However, after the initial appointment I have had significant issues with this office. Missed appointments, late follow-ups and I haven't really felt heard or seen with their office. My health is too important to me, so I'll be seeking help elsewhere.
