I first visited this office in May 2024, trusting them to handle my insurance claims professionally. However, they delayed filing the first claim until October—five months later—and even then, it was done incorrectly. To date, that claim remains unresolved, and a second claim has yet to be processed. Despite my attempts to assist and resolve the issue, including calling the office multiple times and providing all necessary information, no progress was made. Sub standard cleaning.
i had little to no wait time to be seen, Dr. Jain was personable and professional. He and his staff are kind. My experience was pain free and fantastic results i highly recommend him.
This is a very well run practice and Dr. Jain is professional, through and thoughtful. We had been with our prior dentist for over 15 years and had to change because of insurance. We could not have made a better choice!
Dr Jain did not communicate well with my son's orthodontist. I felt like a pinball back and forth between the two and the office was hard to reach with an answering machine presence vs. live person. I was fine and perservered back and forth reaching a solution for my son. However, a cavity in a tooth he filled came out twice, each within a 30 day period. When I asked that another dentist fill it the 3rd time, as he had 2 tries, he let me go as a patient with a formal letter. We won't go back
Dr. Jain is the best dentist I have ever known. He truly cares for his patients and offers solutions based on their needs.
