I am completely unhappy with our experience.we had the best insurance from my employer. I took my wife to this hosiptal because she was suffering from cough from last 3 weeks ( we r using over the counter medicine) As soon as i went there they asked for my insurance and they try to call the insurance agent for claim , because it was 4 pm no one answered their call and they told they will charge 40$ for the appointment and they will refund back after claiming the insurance.
