The most atrocious service. They do not even deserve to be called a medical center given the lack of unprofessional. My father did blood work a week prior to the scheduled appointment yet they claimed they did not have the results back. I was understanding at that time given mistakes and issues can occur once in a while. But the fact they had to called me multiple times over the week asking about the labs that they should have already have revealed how disorganized they truly are. I had the most inefficient experience in healthcare I have ever had with Dr Gupta’s office. I have visited the office for our annual lab test and they charged us a wrong amount both of the years, and it took a month for me to get my results back for my second visit and they didn’t know where is my blood test results. I am changing my primary provider and Dr Gupta’s office is very inefficient in sending my medical records to my new provider. Dr, Gupta assessed my symptoms and took time to hear my complete history. He is not like the other doctors that are in a hurry to prescribe medication. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.
