On April 10th at 9:00 AM I had an appointment with Dr. Artur Khachatryan at 7063 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. During the grinding of the tooth, preparing it for the crown, doctor hit another my tooth, where was a veneer on, and made a chip in it. When i noted it and came to the office. When i show the issue, i was talking calmly and wanted to know what to do with that, the doctor started yelling at me , waving hand around my face and said that i came like that before.
