I started seeing Dr Blumer when my 1st son was born. Dr. Blumer ignored my sons inconclusive hearing tests for the first 3 years (4 tests) of my sons life. At 3 years old, I finally got sick of the "inconclusive" hearing tests and found out (myself) what had to be done to get a conclusive test. My son has now been wearing hearing aids for 3 years. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen
