Worse customer service ever!!!! I went there march 22 cuz I need to get a new glasses, when I enter this places I was expecting to get help a soon as I got there since the workers were just talking with one customer. I was there looking the glasses for over 5 mins and they didn’t even look at me. I left but, went back because my husband took me back there and asked if there is someone who is taking care of the customers and the man just look at us and said “oh you need help” and I was like hello so I’m here just because!!! I have been a patient for years. Everyone has always been professional, courteous, and efficient.
I had my glaucoma screening done here and want to thank this team for their personable service. They treated me with respect and compassion, knowing I was anxious before the screening and I cannot thank them enough for all of their support!
This was the best experience I have had in a long time. No long waits. Dr is great with explaining everything in detail and the staff is beyond friendly and amazing. I would definitely recommend this optometric office to everyone.
