Dr Vasen was excellent!
Dr Vasen is professional and polite, he listens to a patients concerns and responds appropriately. My only complaint is that the desk staff is often brusque to the point of rudeness and the phone system is like a never ending purgatory of transfers and holds for the simplest requests
fast.
