Dr Romero is one of the most compassionate, caring, personable, and friendly doctors I have ever encountered. When he's with his patient, he gives 100% attention. Highly recommend to anybody needing a great doctor with a wonderful bedside manner.
I have called for 2 weeks, left voice mail messages after waiting on the line for 20 mins each call. No one has called back. Terrible customer service.
