Terrible doctor. Wouldn't send anyone to this guy. Avoid!
I saw Dr. Mash during a time of extreme physical pain and neurological symptoms. Despite clear signs of injury (including nerve symptoms, tinnitus, and spinal issues confirmed by scans), he dismissed my condition as being caused entirely by stress— linking it to wildfire exposure months prior, without fully listening to my timeline or symptoms. Worst primary care Dr. I’ve ever experienced and I am an highly educated nursing professional. Argumentative, arrogant and just plain wrong. First time I was in tears by the end of the visit. Would not listen or explore reasons for my symptoms. Please find anyone else.
Dr. Mash is direct, comprehensive and listens to my questions and concerns with genuine interest. He provides understandable explanations, but never talks down or treats my concerns with judgement. If you're looking for a medical "partner" in your care, I highly recommend Dr. Mash.
One of the best doctors I have ever had. He actually listened to my concerns fully and included me in the decision making process of my care. A rare find anymore in this day and age. He also was the only doctor that actually made a plan of action to help me quit smoking, unlike other doctors who just told me to quit without offering any treatment plans or ideas. Would highly recommend him as a doctor.
