My wife was a patient here. She was simply trying to get 3 papers signed by the doctor for FMLA at her job. She was rudely talked to by the staff over the phone when she was only trying to figure out why she had to pay $150 for a few papers to be signed (most of which had to filled out by my wife). Then, the next day she went to speak with Smith and he was just as rude. Prices are one thing, however, to speak to a woman as he did is unbecoming for someone who is supposed to be helping.
