My daughter had 2 wisdom teeth, and we went to this dental office. First, they told us they would contact our insurance company and asked us to wait for the result. But we waited half a year without any response. During that time, my daughter’s teeth had become inflamed, and after we called them a couple of times, they finally gave us a treatment plan, which cost a CT scan for 1400 dollars, and some grafting for 2000 plus dollars, plus some fees for various expenses. Had the worst experience with Dr. Johnson. His attitude is very unprofessional and rude. Went in for a tooth extraction with the plan to later have an implant. I was not aware of the fact that if I wanted an implant it would have to be the same day I get my tooth extracted because the hole in my gums would heal & close in. I also did not have the money for an implant at the time so when he asked me if I was getting an implant I said no because I could not afford it at the time so I would save that part of the treatment later... read more

The staff at Dr Arthur Johnson office was incredibly rude. . I picked up on a very condescendingl attitude from the ladies who work in the office. Questions I had were brused off and communication was horrible. . OFFICE STAFF PLEASE BE MORE CONSIDERATE TO YOUR PATIENT'S CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS . I

Great service. I highly recommend Dr Arthur Johnson. His front staff was so nice. I felt comfortable and cared for.
