Dr.Bouier is a wonderful Doctor . Went to him with an issue and it was fixed instantly. Wonderful customer service and very transparent. 10 years going to him & it’s a reason I continue to go . Thank You .! ❤️
Dr. Calhoun is very rude!!!! I miss seeing Dr Bouier because his understudy is terrible. His voice and attitude is annoying. In addition, he needs to work on his customer service skills because it doesn't align with a professional setting.
Poor customer service. Changed policy, but did not inform their customers until after they get your money.
i would never..THE STAFF oh noooo. No customer service nothing from front desk and beyond. Take $1 to pay for required mask, which is ghetto in itself. it's an absolute NO. They don't want family with patients it's all suspicious. Hopefully he does not service children or seniors bc they have to be ALONE. it's a whole NO.
