Submitted false claims to insurance, threatened patient with financial liability for those claims, while ignoring the patient’s actual medical needs. I met Dr. Gonzales to get basic annual bloodwork. He spoke to me for a few minutes, did not answer my questions, and made assumptions about my appearance. A nurse drew blood, and I waited for results. Love Dr. Gonzales and staff. Its a busy office but the volume moves nicely. Everyone is positive and Doc got me set up with some specialist to solve a serious foot issue. Highly recommended. Stomp Strong!
