The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great
