Dr. Caire took great care of my father in law. Fantastic doc will go to him for sure. Great bedside manner, awesome staff and so very knowledgeable.
Listens well, always on time, would be more helpful by reviewing alternative treatments
I have kidney cancer, he sent me to UNM (about time his son was born) and they can't do anything so they sent me back to Dr Arthur Caire. I have called approx. 25 times and they ignore my calls. Left messages and they won't call me back. Went to my physician and get nothing back from them either. No medical care for kidney cancer in a year. I have never had a Dr like this before. Be careful and find someone that cares about their patients.
My experience was very positive I would definitely characterize my time there as very pleasent I was very well cared for and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Caire was very attentive and clear about my options. I found his bedside manner to be very appropriate.
I was very pleased to get treated by Dr. Caire. He has great bedside manners and is willing to listen to you. Our experience at his office was of the quickest and best we have ever encountered. Coming to Dr. Caire's office is like dealing with a trusted family.
I was told my follow up appointment would be held at the out patients surgery, they said in the office they would try to get me in on that schedule. They could not and then said they do this in the office with out any thing to calm me or sedate me, then when in the office I was asked by the nurse if I was OK having this procedure here in the office. Then after prepping me Dr Caire comes in and makes a comment about my shirt being a tattoo and that only a real man could get that tattoo, he alread
In an emergency situation, Dr. Caire went above and beyond to help and solve my problem. During all follow up appointments, Dr Caire was very professional and thoroughly answered all questions from myself and family.
Dr. Caire has been my dad's doctor for approximately two years. I have gone to the appointments with my dad. I feel Dr. Caire is an excellent doctor, and my dad really likes him. My dad went to two other physicians and they could not find his cancer.
I was very impressed with the speed in which they returned my call and the immediate availability of an appointment. Staff was super friendly, detailed, and follow through with making appointments was exceptional. I'm grateful for the care I received.
