I have been seeing Dr. Mustafa or one of his PA for about 15 years. I chose insurance this year and it listed him as someone that takes that insurance. As soon as I get a referral I get told they don't take that insurance. I look at their website and it says they do, so I call the exchange and they say they are still listed as taking that insurance.
