Dr. Joe is amazing. He is great with me and my son. I would follow him wherever he goes . He takes the time to get to know you and explains everything

Pretty rude Receptionist. She talks in a way as if she is the doctor. I advise against it.
Dr. Hack is an exceptionally competent, friendly, professional physician with a great network. He is young enough to be very technically savvy and progressive, yet experienced enough to have deep breadth of knowledge. I realize it is probably impossible to get into the clinic but he still deserves the positive review. Songbird, as a clinic (with multiple docs), seems very well run and they care about "customer service" but this review is mainly about Dr. Arshad Hack.
My Doctor retired after having him for over 40 years, and I loved him. I was thankful Dr. Arshad Hack took me on as his patient. I have only seen him twice now but I am very very happy with him so far. He is a great Doctor and a down to earth guy with great humor. I am thankful to have him. Update: I have been seeing Dr. Hack for 4 years now and I am so happy and thankful to have him for my Family Doctor. He is the best. I Love him. Knowledgeable, caring, always listens to you and never rushes you.
