I called to make a appointment in Lake Mary office and was answered by two soft-spoken girls who seemed to want to help me make an appointment. Then a lady answered me with a strong tone of voice and a very rude way of speaking. She started asking questions and almost didn't let me speak, she automatically told me no for bureaucracy and when I told her that she was very rude, she wanted to put me through to someone else.
