By putting his patients first. As patients are what makes him. Instead of taking his staff first. Listen to patients complains to improve his clinic.
Over two hour wait time. According to staff this is to always be expected. When the doctor finally saw us he decided he would look at one thing even though we had two concerns....an itchy mole and bump on the leg. He agreed to look at the mole but not the leg. His explanation was that he was too busy and that we can make a second appt. for the other issue. He could have looked at it in the amount of time he took to justify his unprofessional behavior. Never again.
Awesome doctor! Only been there twice, love how he takes his time explaining things to you, very down to earth. Awesome staff, very friendly, highly recommend him.
