Dr. Arnold Weekes comes across caring but he regularly fails to follow thru with agreed treatment options that require him to do paperwork such as reauthorization for medications thus delaying availability-often leaving patients without PAIN medications. He does not return calls or messages ever. When you ask him about such he always claims he never got it , "I'm sorry never got it". He quit SEBMF 1/29/19, my notice was mailed 1/12/19. He lacks diligence or integrity. Do NOT select him. BAD
Have seen him 3 times and never been on time. Last visit he an hour and 15 minutes late.
Dr.weekes truly cares about his patients he takes the time to help them get their life back, and sometimes you have to wait but that’s what you get when you have a doctor that is willing to listen and help you!
Tired of appointments consistently running late, appointments cancelled but no urgency with rescheduling, zero flexibility when scheduling procedures (we can all take days off whenever we want), length of time it does take to get an appointment. Dr Weekes seems to be a good guy but either Sutter or he needs to work some things out.
