Dr. Schwartz is the best at really listening and understanding your symptoms. He tries to leave surgery as the last resort. He may suggest you see a neurologist or orthopedist to be certain of his diagnosis. I liked him and totally trusted his advice,

if I could give no stars, I would. I was released from the ER after a series of treatments with morphine being the only thing that could treat agonizing spinal pain. I was given his number to follow up the next day and told the receptionist about the excruciating pain I was in. I was told I would be given a call back. No one bothered to call, and when I called the following gay to follow up, I was told they sent the message to whomever makes the appointments, but she was very busy and they’re booked out until July anyway. Dr. Schwartz did my spinal fusion over 20 years ago and he's the best surgeon I could of asked for as a pediatric patient. He performed a 12 hour surgery on me with no break. I had a severe case of scoliosis and it was a tough procedure. With the encouragement of Dr. Schwartz & my family, I walked out of the hospital 7 days after my surgery. This man is literally a godsend to Orthopedic Medicine. I can't thank him enough.
