I was a long time patient of Dr. Closner and very happy with him. Then suddenly he started to upsell me on things. He convinced me I had a jaw problem and sold me on a costly treatment program. When the device he supplied for overnight wear left me in agonizing pain the following morning he refused to get on the phone when I called or to call me back, insisting that I attend the office (for a further fee of course).
