The rudest and most unprofessional doctor experience I have ever had. In a nutshell the office was unwilling to schedule me as a new patient because they refuse to deal with my healthcare insurance provider. They ACCEPT it, yes, but will not accept me as a new patient. After getting the run around from her staff, Dr. Arminda Perez herself comes onto the phone and states, "GET BETTER INSURANCE! I love Dr. Perez she's been my doc for 20+ yes granted I left her for a couple of yrs but had to come back bcuz know doc out there takes care of me like she does. Its just having patience waiting to be seen because if your her patient you know it may take awhile. But she's worth the wait..
