Felt like a number here. When my husband was going blind (couldn’t drive, couldn’t work, lost his job) there was zero sympathy. We asked for help with disability and were told “I don’t do disability” by the doc. We moved on to find a wonderful retina specialist at ceenta who did help us and that was a blessing.

I’m a healthcare professional myself and I’m very picky about who I let work on my eyes. Dr. Farr performed a very difficult retinal detachment surgery for me and I’m forever grateful for his skills and also for how he treats his patients. I have nearly perfect vision in the eye he worked on and as of yet, no cataract formation…which seems to be a miracle from talking to others that have gone through the surgery.
