Dr. Sokola is a wonderful lady and a fantastic doctor. The one star rating is for her staff. Horrible experience!! The office person is so rude!! When I was picking out my frames, she kept telling me that she didn't like how they look on me, and she kept putting their ugliest and most expensive frames in my hand. (She did this 4 times) I never asked for her opinion! Shouldn't the client pick out the frames for themselves? I'm the one wearing them and paying for them, so shouldn't it be my decision? I have gone to Dr. Sonoma since I was a kid.Shes always got the sweetest smile on her face, and treats all of my family with the greatest respect. Her receptionists don't talk a lot but they are pretty nice.
The scheduling person/secretary scheduled me for 3PM and when I got there at 3PM she said my appointment was at 2PM and no one called because they were busy the day before!! Then she said that I was wrong about my appointment time rather than apologizing for the inconvenience.
