Average Doctor. Good for cleaning. However not so good for root canals as they are not of top quality.
I never cease to be amazed, great doctor! Today I called, I was in pain for 4 days. The doctor saw me for the first time and accepted me as a relative. I am sure that I have found my dentist, whose work I can be proud of - God bless him. I have lost the fear of pain that I no longer have.

I had been with Dr. Arkady for the past 7 years and he was very good. Unfortunately, my last 2 visits i was complaining about foul smell from a crown he did for me ~6 years ago and he did not take immediate action. My wife suggested that i go to get a second opinion and i went ahead. The other dentist said that crown is not well placed and quite small for my tooth and that tooth is actually rotting under the crown.
