Scheduled an appointment through ZocDoc and confirmed the appointment , filled out all required forms . Even received reminder emails and a text to remind me the day of the appointment . I called to ask a question and receptionist tells me the Dr is done for the day and no longer seeing patients ! i ask when i was going to be notified her reply was that she could schedule me the following week , which was pointless because i had taken the day off from work for this appointment . Very unprofessional!
